The pre-conference programme of ECAI 2025 will be held at the Engineering School of the University of Bologna on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th October 2025 and will include workshops, tutorials, and the doctoral consortium.
The time slots for workshops, tutorials and the doctoral consortium are indicated on the relevant pages.
The main conference, including PAIS, will take place at the Bologna Congress Center from Monday, 27th October 2025, to Thursday, 30th October 2025. We will start on Monday at 9:00 and end on Thursday by 17:00. The programme includes the presentation of accepted papers in oral and poster sessions, demos, outreach activities, a variety of invited talks, panels, social activities and more.
The Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner will both take place at Palazzo Re Enzo. The Welcome Reception is scheduled for the evening of Sunday, 26 October 2025 and is reserved exclusively for registered participants of the main conference. The Conference Dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday, 29 October 2025.
