WELCOME RECEPTION

The ECAI2025 Welcome Reception will take place on October 26, from 18:30 to 21:00, at Palazzo Re Enzo, located in the heart of Bologna.

The Welcome Reception is included in the registration fee only for participants registered for the ECAI Main Conference or ECAI Main Conference + Weekend.

For security reasons, entry will be staggered and there may be waiting times at the entrance. Palazzo Re Enzo is a historic building with limited capacity. At the entrance of the building, you will be asked to show your badge or registration email.

ORCHESTRA SENZA SPINE CONCERT

A concert is scheduled on October 28 from 17:00 to 18:00 at Palazzo dei Congressi (Sala Europa – Plenary room). The Orchestra Senza Spine is a symphony orchestra founded in Bologna in 2013. Composed of talented young musicians, it has stood out over the years for its approach that combines quality, inclusivity, and outreach.

GUIDED TOUR OF BOLOGNA

The guided tour of Bologna is scheduled for October 29, starting at 18:00 (we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the tour). It is reserved only for those who selected it during the online registration process.

Participants will receive an email with the exact time and meeting point for the tour.

SOCIAL DINNER

The Social Dinner is scheduled for Wednesday 29th October at 20:00 and will be held in Palazzo Re Enzo. Capacity is limited, so it is important that you register as soon as possible if you wish to attend. The social dinner is not included in the registration fee.

Price: 100€ per person.

CLOSING RECEPTION

The conference closing reception will be held on Thursday 30th October from 15:30 to 16:00 at the Bologna Congress Center.
